  • Create infrastructure security product awareness and enablement content (e.g., intranet posts, emails, FAQs, job aids, quick reference guides) that reinforces secure behaviors and improves user experience

  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining high quality, attention to detail, and appropriate handling of sensitive information

  • Fluency in English reading/writing/speaking

  • Satisfactory presentation skills and ability to communicate cybersecurity and infrastructure security topics to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner

  • Proficiency in creating written, customer-focused communications; strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to accuracy and tone

  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with subject-matter experts (cybersecurity, infrastructure, risk, compliance) and business stakeholders

  • Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent deliverables and deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Creative and innovative thinking, proactive approach, sound organizational skills

  • Experience supporting cybersecurity programs (e.g., security awareness, identity and access management, vulnerability management, infrastructure hardening) is a plus

  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (especially Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) is a plus
