This role is based at our Hyderabad Tech Center and follows a hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote). Candidates are expected to reside within a commuting distance of the Hyderabad office.

Overview

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for helping discover, define and deliver solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform to best enable IT risk and compliance processes supporting the entire company. You will play a critical role as a facilitator bridging business stakeholders, technology teams and our users, driving development of high-quality, enterprise solutions meet our organization's risk management and compliance needs.

What you will do in this role

  • Dive deep into the risk and compliance domain to understand business priorities and user needs
  • Create, maintain, and continuously prioritize product roadmap and backlog to maximize value delivery in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Drive continuous product discovery to understand user needs and translate that to solutions and product backlog
  • Partner with the development team to understand technology constraints and opportunities
  • Develop and regularly calibrate success metrics for the product
  • Support adoption and retention of the product
  • Drive SDLC and release activities
  • Champion the product, driving excitement and adoption in a domain typically resistant to change
  • Manage project escalations, issues, risks and dependencies
  • Monitors and optimizes product's total cost of ownership (TCO)

What you should have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related technical field
  • 7+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role, specifically:
    • Leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver successful products or services
    • Managing product vision, strategy, roadmaps and backlog throughout product lifecycle
    • Experience with Agile ways of working (e.g. product owner on a scrum team)
  • Strong listening, communication and facilitation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage dependencies across multiple teams and product initiatives
  • Ability to balance business and user needs with technology and regulatory constraints
  • A passion for great UX and relentless focus on business value

Preferred Experience and skills (nice to have)

  • Pharma background or experience in other highly regulated industry
  • Hands on experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong knowledge of the system development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Design thinking, user research or usability testing experience
