Dispatch Operator 3

Responsible for accurate and timely order completion, safe dispatch warehouse operations, stocktakes, while supporting system validation, issue resolution, handovers, and team operations.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
Ensure customer orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining quality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain good housekeeping, warehouse security, and safe storage of products in all dispatch warehouse areas.
Load daily fright pickups as directed by the Senior Technical Operator
Assist with stocktakes and stock management within the Dispatch area
Always apply health and safety standards and support incident reporting and safe work practices.
Resolve validation/system issues, support handovers and escalations, and liaise with operations/customer service to confirm exceptions.
Contribute to continuous improvement.
Use advanced system access to manage manifests when required
What You Must have
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
Physically fit - manual handling required
Great team player – Work well with others and communicate effectively
Positive attitude -Adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn
SAP experience is a bonus but not essential
Forklift Licence desirable
