Job Description
The product manager is responsible for product management, identification of market opportunities in the public and private sector, strategic planning and execution, management of P&L and preparation of the marketing plan & launch planning
Influence multidisciplinary teams (including Marketing, Access, Policy, Commercial, Financial, Legal and Medical) in the search for opportunities, planning and implementing projects.
Work closely to the sales force to guarantee the correct implementation of the strategy
Develop the marketing plan for the products under your responsibility and guarantee the correct execution and follow up. Analyzing relevant market information, MS, price analysis, and monitoring the performance sell-in and sell-out for the public and private market.

Prepare and implement marketing and digital campaigns, promotions using the respective marketing channels and following corporate guidelines and standards.
Perform the management of the product's P&L and propose alternative actions to guarantee the results planned in the business plan
Lead meetings with the Cross Functional Team, ensuring that the entire team understands the priorities, brand objectives, and follows up on short- and medium-term action plans
Responsibility for financial and demand forecasting. Ensuring the timely request of the product and tracking the arrival in the country and the availability for sales.
Monitor and manage the marketing budget on a monthly basis to achieve business objectives
Carry out the development of the promotional strategy and ensure that promotional and training materials are made available to the sales team within the established deadlines. Management of the implementation of tactical actions with the sales force.
Creation, participation, and execution of marketing or scientific events, both internal and external, with scientific societies, etc
Higher Education (Marketing, Administration, Economics, Engineering, Medicine or similar)
Desirable: Postgraduate
Previous experience as a Product Manager in Peru at least 4 years in a Multinational Pharmaceutical company. Understanding of the public and private pharmaceutical market.
Management of major product lines with strong sales results, knowledge of digital strategies, design of marketing plans, effective presentations, AI skills
