Job Description
This role is based in Jeddah and will require regular travel across the West and South regions.
As the Professional Medical Representative for CMV & HIV, you will play an important role in supporting patient care by promoting our portfolio in these therapy areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts and healthcare professionals, executing agreed brand strategies, and achieving sales and activity targets. You will work closely with the Cross Functional Team (CFT) to ensure effective implementation of field activities and share customer insights from the field.
Key Responsibilities
Promote company products through scientific and compliant discussions with healthcare professionals
Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, including Infectious Disease specialists and other relevant stakeholders
Clearly communicate product benefits, positioning, and key messages in line with brand strategy
Plan and execute regular field visits, meetings, and activities within the assigned territory
Support and participate in congresses, events, and educational activities
Understand account dynamics, including formulary processes, and collaborate with internal teams to support access
Identify customer needs, opportunities, and challenges, and share insights with the team
Execute account plans and territory activities in line with business objectives
Monitor performance against targets and take actions to ensure achievement of sales goals
Manage assigned activity budgets effectively
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities
Follow all company policies, compliance standards, and local regulations
Qualifications Skills & Experience Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to build relationships and manage customers effectively
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Proficiency in English
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales
Saudi nationality required (as per local regulations)
Experience in CMV, HIV, or Infectious Diseases is a plus
Experience in the public sector is a plus
