Job Description
Are you a skilled Project Manager who loves bringing projects to life from start to finish? We're looking for someone like you to join our team and lead key projects at our site.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working with a diverse group of teams to deliver projects that make a real impact. You'll have the opportunity to manage everything from the initial idea to the final handover, ensuring we meet our goals safely, on budget, and on time.

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following:
- Lead Inspiring Projects: You'll guide projects from the planning stage through to completion. This includes defining the scope, creating schedules, managing risks, and keeping everyone informed and aligned.
- Manage Project Finances: You'll be in charge of the financial health of your projects. This involves creating budgets, forecasting costs, tracking spending, and providing clear, timely reports to our finance partners and stakeholders.
- Shape Our Future: You'll manage our site's long-range capital plan, helping us prioritize and plan for future projects that will drive our success.
- Collaborate Across Teams: You'll work closely with experts from Engineering, Operations, Environmental Health and Safety, Quality, Finance, and Procurement, as well as with external partners, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Champion Safety and Quality: You'll make safety a top priority, ensuring all work complies with our high standards. You'll also make sure our projects meet all regulatory and environmental requirements, so they are ready for operation from day one.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: You'll help us get better at what we do by sharing lessons learned from each project and helping to develop new standards for project delivery.
What skills you will need:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
- A proven ability to successfully manage complex projects in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to organize, prioritize, and see tasks through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships with people at all levels of an organization.
- A talent for solving problems, identifying risks, and making sound decisions.
- A deep commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
- Strong financial skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Experience with project management best practices and managing external vendors.
- The ability to read and understand technical documents, like drawings and specifications.
- A solid understanding of what it takes to get new systems and equipment ready for use in a regulated setting.
- Your Qualifications:
- A degree (Level 8 or equivalent) in Science, Engineering, a technical field, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading projects in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- A project management qualification (like PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus.
- A commitment to your own continuous learning and professional development.
