Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Execute and co-develop the promotional plan of the responsible early cancer indication(s) based on market understanding and analysis to meet both unmet business and scientific needs of the assigned therapeutic area(s)
- Work alongside the sales team to provide additional promotional depth and breadth to key treating physicians other than oncologist of the responsible early cancer indication(s) throughout the HCP & patient journey
- Identify, develop and maintain good rapport with key opinion leaders, medical association and key stakeholders of the assigned therapeutic area(s); Work closely with the involved treating physicians to co-develop MDT approach to drive the brand awareness and usage of the responsible early cancer indication(s)
- Conduct face-to-face promotional call with key treating physicians of the responsible early cancer indication(s) to drive brand awareness and usage
- Organize and execute promotional events in both public and private sector such as hospital lecture tour and MDT meeting to establish MDT partnership and facilitate a smooth referral process along the patient journey
- Work with cross functional team to initiate business partnership and collaboration with external market player(s) to drive additional business growth of the responsible early cancer indication(s)
- Ensure managing compliance and minimize compliance risks from the company-wide perspectives
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in science-related disciplines, science or related disciplines
- 5 years or above in sales and/ or marketing experience, with exposure to surgical product or oncology product being highly preferred
- Ability to build up engagement model from scratch, drive performance, build alignment and collaborate under the agile way of working
- Self-motivated, result-focused and a will to succeed
- Strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Account management experience would be an added advantage
