This role is designed to accelerate our Human Health transformation as we work to create an AI-enabled, agile, and integrated commercial model. The Associate Director will play a key role in shaping a future where strategy and execution operate as a unified system, transformation is delivered at scale with speed, and new capabilities such as AI, and automation redefine how work is done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of future-state operating models, including AI-enabled workflows, and ecosystem orchestration

  • Contribute to the evolution of roles, ways of working, and workforce capabilities to align with future-state transformation priorities

  • Act as capability lead to advance key operating model transformation

  • Translate strategic priorities into executable transformation roadmaps, pilots, and scaled deployment plans aligned to business outcomes

  • Partner with key stakeholders to prioritize, design, and execute high-impact capability initiatives

  • Drive pilot execution including hypothesis development, test-and-learn iteration, and codification into scalable playbooks

  • Partner to enable transformation deployment at the brand and BU level, ensuring adoption, change integration, and measurable impact realization

  • Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization to continuously optimize transformation initiatives

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Review, DHH, global strategy teams, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions

Qualifications

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, required

  • Master’s Degree, preferred

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 7+ years of professional work experience

  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to advance a common goal

  • Experience with agile ways of working and test-and-learn approaches

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years of commercial experience, ideally in marketing/promotions, commercial operations or sales

  • Consulting or client services experience

  • Experience with digital, AI, or data-driven transformation preferred

The salary range for this role is

$142,400.00 - $224,100.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
