About Digital Human Health (DHH)

Digital Human Health (DHH) connects technology, data, and people to enable and accelerate Human Health business across global markets. DHH supports commercial and medical teams by delivering customer-centric digital platforms, data capabilities, and technology-enabled operating models that enable flexible go-to-market approaches, actionable insights, and personalized customer experiences in a regulated environment.

Within DHH, the Content & Promotional Lifecycle Automation portfolio supports compliant content review and lifecycle execution, partnering with product, engineering, and AI teams.

Role Purpose:

Enable AI-assisted MLR/content review capabilities by translating regulatory and business needs into high-quality product requirements, supporting backlog maturity, cross-team alignment with AI/data science and engineering, and validation-focused delivery.

Scope of Ownership & Adjacent Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Owner/Manager to mature and prioritize backlog for AI-enabled review capabilities.
  • Translate compliance and workflow needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, data requirements, and validation approaches.
  • Collaborate with AI engineering/data science to align feasibility, constraints, training data needs, and validation expectations.
  • Support UAT, traceability, and documentation suitable for audit/compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Backlog Management

  • Partner with Product Owner/Product Manager to continually mature and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Write high-quality user stories that clearly articulate business intent, regulatory context, and AI-enabled value (what/why).
  • Partner with UI/UX to ensure Definition of Ready with clear acceptance criteria, data requirements, and validation approaches.
  • Support sprint planning by ensuring stories are refined, estimated, and understood by the delivery team.

AI & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with AI engineering and data science teams to define requirements for AI use cases (e.g., logo checks).
  • Align business expectations with feasibility, model constraints, training data needs, and validation approaches.
  • Support iterative refinement of AI features based on testing outcomes, stakeholder feedback, and model performance.

Quality, Validation & Testing

  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business and compliance stakeholders, especially for AI-driven review outputs.
  • Validate that delivered solutions align with defined requirements, IT architecture standards, and governance policies.
  • Ensure story-level testing and acceptance criteria address quality, compliance, and MLR risk considerations.

Documentation & Governance

  • Document business processes, AI use cases, decision rules, and requirements to support SDLC and audit needs.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Support traceability across requirements, stories, testing, and approvals.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices related to content review/MLR.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience within MLR review solutions and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

  • 4–5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst in regulated or workflow-intensive domains.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills to break down complex regulatory and process requirements.
  • Proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and requirement discussions; experience supporting UAT and validating solutions against requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; comfort working in geographically distributed teams.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience with Pharma MLR processes or regulated content review workflows.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products, automation, or data-driven capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (PromoMats), JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
  • Understanding of UX concepts, usability testing, or Lean UX principles.
