About Digital Human Health (DHH)

Digital Human Health (DHH) connects technology, data, and people to enable and accelerate Human Health business across global markets. DHH supports commercial and medical teams by delivering customer-centric digital platforms, data capabilities, and technology-enabled operating models that enable flexible go-to-market approaches, actionable insights, and personalized customer experiences in a regulated environment.

Within DHH, AI Content Delivery & Partnerships modernizes the end-to-end content operating model in support of the Content Accelerator vision, shaping the ‘workflow of the future’ and piloting capabilities with a prototype-to-scale mindset, partnering with platform vendors and cross-functional teams.

Role Purpose:

Lead hands-on exploration and prototyping of GenAI-enabled and agentic content capabilities—translating workflow needs into prototype-to-scale experiments, assessing feasibility and value with partners and internal teams, and preparing scale readiness inputs for downstream delivery.

Scope of Ownership & Adjacent Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery for workflow-of-the-future use cases; define assumptions, constraints, success criteria, and evaluation approach.
  • Execute and coordinate prototypes/pilots with prototype-to-scale intent; document trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and readiness.
  • Conduct comparative vendor/platform evaluation and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with CEE, product, engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure execution fit and adoption readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

GenAI & Agentic Capability Prototyping (Prototype-to-Scale)

  • Capture requirements, assumptions, constraints, and success criteria for workflow-of-the-future use cases.
  • Explore and assess GenAI and agentic capabilities across internal tools and partner ecosystem across content lifecycle stages.
  • Execute and coordinate prototype and pilot activities intentionally designed with prototype-to-scale perspective.
  • Document scaling assumptions, risks, constraints, and dependencies across technology, process, compliance, operating model, and partners.

Vendor & Platform Research / Comparative Analysis

  • Conduct structured vendor and platform research, including comparative analysis of emerging capabilities.
  • Summarize findings for senior team review; support collaboration with vendors during demos, pilots, and proofs of concept.

Cross-functional Alignment & Communication

  • Partner with execution teams (CEE) to validate feasibility, execution fit, platform readiness, and adoption considerations.
  • Prepare clear documentation of outcomes, learnings, and observations to inform downstream decision-making.

What Success Looks Like

  • Prototype outcomes translated into scale-ready recommendations with clear risks and dependencies.
  • Well-structured evaluations that accelerate partner and platform decisions.
  • Cross-functional alignment ensuring prototypes are grounded in execution realities and compliance-by-design.
  • Reusable playbooks/artifacts that reduce repeat discovery effort.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

  • 7–8+ years of experience in capability innovation, digital capability development, or technology-enabled transformation.
  • Practical experience supporting early-stage discovery, prototyping, or pilots prior to delivery/scale.
  • Hands-on exposure to GenAI pilots, experiments, or proofs of concept; understanding of agentic AI concepts.
  • Ability to document trade-offs, risks, constraints, and readiness considerations for downstream teams.
  • Strong systems thinking across people, process, technology, and partners.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with execution teams, product, engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders; comfort working with external vendors.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with content/marketing/engagement technology ecosystems (DAM, CMS, workflow tools, design systems, campaign platforms).
  • Awareness of governance considerations such as human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, and compliance-by-design.

Key Competencies

  • Strategic synthesis and systems thinking \Leadership in ambiguity and experimentation
  • Executive-ready communication and decision artifacts
