About Digital Human Health (DHH)

Digital Human Health (DHH) connects technology, data, and people to enable and accelerate Human Health business across global markets. DHH supports commercial and medical teams by delivering customer-centric digital platforms, data capabilities, and technology-enabled operating models that enable flexible go-to-market approaches, actionable insights, and personalized customer experiences in a regulated environment.

Within DHH, AI Content Delivery & Partnerships modernizes the end-to-end content operating model in support of the Content Accelerator vision, shaping the ‘workflow of the future’ and piloting capabilities with a prototype-to-scale mindset, partnering with platform vendors and cross-functional teams.

Role Purpose:

Support early discovery and prototyping of GenAI-enabled and agentic content capabilities—helping explore, validate, and document prototypes with a prototype-to-scale mindset, in partnership with vendor ecosystem and execution teams.

Scope of Ownership & Adjacent Responsibilities

  • Support discovery by capturing requirements, assumptions, constraints, and success criteria for workflow-of-the-future use cases. Execute prototype/pilot activities and document learnings, risks, dependencies, and scale considerations.
  • Conduct structured vendor/platform research and summarize findings for senior review.
  • Partner with Content Enablement & Execution to ground prototypes in execution realities and adoption considerations.

Key Responsibilities

GenAI & Agentic Capability Prototyping (Supporting, Prototype-to-Scale)

  • Capture requirements, assumptions, and constraints for workflow-of-the-future use cases.
  • Explore and assess GenAI and agentic capabilities across internal tools and partner ecosystem that may enhance content lifecycle stages.
  • Assist in executing prototype and pilot activities designed with prototype-to-scale perspective.
  • Document scaling assumptions, constraints, risks, and dependencies related to technology, process, compliance, and partners.

Partner & Vendor Research

  • Conduct structured vendor/platform research and compile comparative inputs that inform direction and feasibility.
  • Support collaboration with external vendors and partners during demos, pilots, and proofs of concept.

Documentation & Communication

  • Produce crisp artifacts (slides, notes, decision summaries) converting prototype results into reusable knowledge.
  • Prepare clear summaries of outcomes, learnings, and observations to inform recommendations by senior team members.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

  • 4–5+ years of experience in digital products, innovation support, technology programs, or process transformation.
  • Exposure to early-stage discovery, experimentation, or prototyping.
  • Foundational understanding of GenAI concepts and interest in applied AI use cases.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills; ability to capture learnings clearly and accurately.
  • Comfort working in structured ambiguity with guidance; collaborative mindset across teams and partners.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with content, marketing, or digital platforms (DAM, CMS, workflow tools, design systems).
  • Awareness of compliance, quality controls, and human oversight when applying AI in regulated environments.
