Job Description
Responsabilidades:
Implementar e realizar a governança do programa de melhoria contínua com foco em eficiência operacional;
Identificar oportunidades e facilitar melhorias de processo, redução de desperdícios e redução de custos;
Liderar o programa de 5S para garantir que as melhorias sejam padronizadas e melhoradas e manter a cultura de organização e limpeza;
Facilitar Semana Kaizen utilizando metodologia Lean e liderar o programa de Quick Kaizen;
Implementar e fazer a gestão do Roadmap de projetos e kaizen de redução de custos;
Aplicar treinamentos com ferramentas lean;
Liderar reuniões com a diretoria para revisão dos projetos e visão futura.
Pré-requisitos:
Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas afins;
Green belt e/ou Black Belt (desejável);
Experiência em indústria de manufatura;
Experiência na área de melhoria contínua;
Proficiência em metodologia lean (5S, trabalho padronizado, TPM, Kanban, Kaizen, WCM, pensamento A3;
Inglês nível intermediário (diferencial).
