Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Deep dive stakeholders (incl. scientific leader, clinical HCP, online HCPs) insights through multiple channels
  • Develop scientific leader engagement plan and cultivate advocators, including speaker development & national campaign execution.
  • Develop clinical department development strategic & executive plan with clear objective & KPIs setting, and drive execution excellence, incl. HCP peer to peer education events
  • Develop celebrity HCPs on disease education
  • Customer engagement on core clinical department

Qualification/Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • 3+ years’ hands-on experience in central marketing
  • New department development experience preferred
  • Relevant department (urology, dermatology, infectious disease, OB/GYN, Head & Neck surgery, colorectal surgery) stakeholder engagement experience preferred
  • National Innovation Program management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, medicine or pharmaceutical background preferred
  • Advanced level of stakeholder engagement, problem solving, productive communication and CFT collaboration
  • Applying level of strategic business management
  • Willing to travel including on weekends
