Job Description

Position Overview

Our company’s Global Business Solutions (GBS) team manages end-to-end Source to Settle (StS) processes, including vendor setup, invoicing, payments, and settlements.

The Supervisor, Bank Management leads and supports global bank management activities, overseeing a team responsible for monitoring bank accounts, clearing transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of bank movements.

This role combines operational execution with team coordination, ensuring effective reconciliation, issue resolution, and adherence to global policies and controls. The position also drives process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency across markets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support bank management and clearing activities across markets

  • Guide and coach team members to ensure consistent, high-quality execution

  • Monitor workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution of bank open items

  • Oversee posting of bank transactions and ensure accuracy in SAP (vendor and GL assignment)

  • Investigate and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and aged open items

  • Support reconciliation activities and ensure timely clearing of outstanding items

  • Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and other teams to resolve issues

  • Ensure compliance with global policies, controls, audit, and SOX requirements

  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with KPIs

  • Identify trends and root causes to drive continuous improvement

  • Support process standardization, automation, and system enhancements

  • Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and process materials

  • Deliver high-quality service and manage stakeholder relationships

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, or StS

  • Strong understanding of bank management, settlements, and reconciliation processes

  • Experience in team coordination or leadership support

  • Experience in process improvement and change initiatives

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Experience in controlled or compliance-driven environments

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • SAP and Ariba experience required

  • Experience with banking platforms preferred

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
