As a member of the Sac-TMT/Women’s Cancers team, the Director, Oncology Global Market Access will lead global access strategy development and execution for defined Sac-TMT indications within the extensive clinical development program.

Job Description - Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive global market access strategy for defined indications across the product lifecycle. Synthesize payer insights, landscape analysis and competitive intelligence to inform opportunities and risks for access across multiple country archetypes.
Lead the cross-functional development of the payer value proposition, anchored by a credible scientific narrative, along with global communication resources (e.g., global value dossiers, payer value decks, and access tools) to support value recognition.
Engage with Product Development Teams (including Clinical, V&I, Regulatory Affairs) to ensure clinical trial designs (e.g., endpoints, comparators, label language) and value evidence plans are thoughtfully informed by payer requirements and access objectives.
Collaborate Regional Access teams to translate global strategies into actionable regional/country plans, developing negotiation strategies and tailored access solutions for markets with varying degrees of economic development.
Work alongside Policy and Public Affairs colleagues to assess, navigate, and shape evolving global policies (including HTA evolutions, health policy legislation, and international reference pricing/MFN), proactively adapting access strategies to mitigate risks.
Actively scan, source and assess innovative opportunities to support patient access in markets above and beyond traditional pathways.
Provide strategic market access assumptions into business development and licensing assessments on an ad-hoc basis.
Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree (MBA/MS) or other post-graduate degree required, ideally in a Business, Science, Health Economics, or Public Health related discipline is preferred.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
5-8 years of market access, pricing, and reimbursement experience gained at a country (preferred) and/or global level, or comparable demonstrated experience.
Experience launching a product with multiple indications, successfully navigating access and reimbursement procedures at country and/or global level.
Deep understanding of global health care systems, HTA methodologies and payer dynamics. Strong grasp of health economics and translating clinical data into compelling payer value.
Broad understanding of the product development and commercialization process, accompanied by strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
Proven success in driving strategic initiatives and successfully leading within a cross-functional, highly matrixed organization.
Strong project management and operational implementation skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
Market access, pricing, and product launch experience in oncology, hematology, or cell & gene therapy.
Familiarity with complex trial designs in oncology and ability to consider multiple scenarios in dynamic environments.

The salary range for this role is
$190,800.00 - $300,300.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
