Job Description
The Market Access Strategy Manager (Vaccines & Immunology) is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring access strategies that enable the sustainable incorporation and adoption of the company’s portfolio across public and private healthcare systems in Brazil. This role combines strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and cross-functional leadership to shape value propositions, support policy discussions, and ensure readiness for both current and future assets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Access Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement access strategies tailored to vaccines and immunology, considering public (SUS) and private channels
- Assess regulatory, epidemiological, and policy environments (ANVISA, CONITEC, ANS, CMED) to identify access opportunities and risks
- Ensure alignment between access strategies and business priorities across life-cycle stages (in-line and pipeline)
2. Value Proposition & Evidence Generation
- Lead the development of value propositions based on clinical, epidemiological, and economic evidence
- Identify data gaps and drive HEOR, RWE, and epidemiological analyses to support access strategies
- Contribute to the development of tools such as epidemiological calculators and access dashboards to support decision-making
3. HTA & Regulatory Interface
- Lead preparation of submissions to CONITEC and ANS, including dossiers, economic models, responses to public consultations and engagement plan
- Participate in pre-submission meetings and technical discussions with HTA bodies
- Analyze technical reports and anticipate objections to strengthen positioning
4. Cross-Functional Leadership (CFT Model)
- Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Medical, Public Affairs, Regulatory, and In-Field Teams
- Ensure integration between strategy design and local execution by Market Access Strategy Managers and KAMs
- Support capability building through training initiatives on access-related topics (HTA, policy, pharmacoeconomics)
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Value Creation
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including policymakers, providers, and institutional partners
- Support the development of value-based projects and innovative access solutions aligned to system needs
- Organize and lead expert panels (Advisory Boards / EIFs) to inform strategy and enhance decision-making
6. Governance & Resource Management
- Coordinate access projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Contribute to budget planning and resource allocation for access activities and projects

A successful candidate is a strategic and technically strong professional capable of integrating evidence, policy, and stakeholder engagement to enable sustainable access to vaccines and immunology innovations, while navigating a complex and evolving healthcare ecosystem.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Alternatively, strong experience in data analysis may be considered. Knowledge in health economics and/or public health is highly desirable.
Languages:
Fluent in English is required. Spanish is a plus.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in Market Access, with solid understanding of the Brazilian healthcare system (SUS and private sector)
- Strong knowledge of HTA processes, including CONITEC and ANS submissions
- Experience in epidemiology, health economics, budget impact analysis, and value-based modeling
- Ability to manage complex processes involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in vaccines, immunology, or preventive healthcare
- Experience in policy engagement and public health initiatives
