Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Professional Medical Representative to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role will support the launch and promotion of innovative cardiovascular therapy, while also contributing to the growth of our diabetes portfolio. The selected candidate will engage with healthcare professionals across key strategic accounts, provide scientific information, and drive adoption in line with Company standards and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and communicate the value of our cardiovascular launch product and diabetes portfolio to healthcare professionals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Cardiologists, Endocrinologists, and other healthcare providers
  • Drive awareness and adoption across priority accounts in both private and institutional settings in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
  • Deliver impactful scientific discussions, presentations, and educational sessions
  • Support formulary inclusion and account engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong launch execution
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for growth
  • Ensure full compliance with Company standards, policies, and local regulations
  • Report on customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience (cardiovascular or diabetes experience preferred)
  • Existing relationships with Key Scientific Leaders (Cardiologists and Endocrinologists) are an advantage
  • Experience in private and institutional accounts
  • Launch experience is a plus
  • Good understanding of hospital systems, formulary inclusion, and the UAE healthcare landscape
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related scientific field
  • UAE driving license is a must
