Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Professional Medical Representative to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role will focus on supporting the launch and promotion of innovative cardiovascular therapy, while also contributing to the growth of our diabetes portfolio. The role involves engaging with key healthcare professionals across strategic accounts, driving adoption, and ensuring strong execution in line with Company standards and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead promotion of our cardiovascular and diabetes portfolio across key accounts in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Scientific Leaders, including Cardiologists and Endocrinologists
  • Drive early adoption and utilization across top-tier institutional and private accounts
  • Deliver high-impact scientific discussions, presentations, and educational activities
  • Support formulary inclusion and account access strategies
  • Utilize data insights (IMS, Spotlight, and other sources) to identify opportunities and optimize performance
  • Contribute to territory planning, forecasting, and business analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch execution
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Act as a role model within the team, demonstrating leadership and supporting peers
  • Ensure full compliance with Company standards, policies, and local regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4–7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience (cardiovascular or diabetes experience preferred)
  • Strong existing relationships with Cardiologists and Endocrinologists in Abu Dhabi
  • Proven experience in managing institutional and private healthcare accounts
  • Experience in forecasting, data analysis, and performance tracking (e.g., IMS, Spotlight)
  • Launch experience is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare system, procurement, and formulary processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Leadership mindset with ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related scientific field
  • UAE driving license is a must
