Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Associate Business Development Manager (ABDM) partners with Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams to execute disease awareness programs, customer engagement initiatives, and strategic projects. The role focuses on execution excellence, stakeholder engagement, and realizing approved business opportunities while ensuring full compliance with the company policies and local regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Disease Awareness & Customer Engagement Programs

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to plan and execute disease awareness initiatives, educational programs, and customer engagement activities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, scientific meetings, and stakeholder engagement programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of project objectives.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all activities comply with the company policies, industry codes, and local regulations.

2. Business Opportunity Realization

  • Execute approved business opportunities with excellence and measurable impact.
  • Support strategic initiatives involving military healthcare institutions, nurse engagement programs, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and follow-through.
  • Track project outcomes and business impact metrics.

3. Business Opportunity Development & Strategic Projects

  • Explore new customer segments, target cohorts, and engagement models to expand disease awareness reach.
  • Support the assessment and development of new business opportunities aligned with business priorities.
  • Contribute market insights and recommendations to support future growth initiatives.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • More than 2 years of experience in the medical industries or similar roles.
