Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
Financial Planning: Drive the planning processes to facilitate cross-functional collaboration in preparing Annual Budgeting, Quarterly Forecasting, Monthly Outlook, and Long-Range/5YR Plan
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Management Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the preliminary or final Operating Result to ensure correct reporting and highlight risks for management attention and action
- Implement and fully utilize the systems in accounting processes and financial reporting to be in line with corporate/regional directions to improve operation efficiency.
Pricing:
- Support Marketing in pricing decisions to ensure adequate financial assessment and pricing control to be in place.
- Work with local Market Access to translate and materialize latest external policy and regulation update into business impact, and to align pricing strategy
- Develop and maintain local pricing control mechanism pricing scheme/campaign review
Business Development
- Support end to end business development ideals including initiating, structuring, assessment, contracting, and alliance management
Business Consultancy
- Render constructive recommendations and value-added analysis to management team and provide finance consultancy to business function in decision making
- Drive or assist in implementing any new business/finance planning model with business
Ad-Hoc
- Support various initiatives in commercial organization and/or finance organization
- Perform rigorous financial analysis and make recommendations to management team per request.
- Support in external & internal audit
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
Education/Professional Certificate
- University graduated, major in Finance/Accounting
- MBA is preferable
Experience
- at least 8-10 years cross-experiences in Accounting, Treasury and budgeting
- Multi-national company experiences will be a plus
- at least 3 years people management experiences
Professional knowledge and skill
- Good English skill in reading, writing and speaking
- Good knowledge in usage of SAP, MS Office, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc
- Good communication skill and strong impact/influence capability
- Strong management knowledge and business senses
