Job Description
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Market Engagement & Insights Lead (Director, Digital Human Health). This position will be responsible for serving as the market-level commercial digital leader and single point of accountability for driving digital, data and AI-enabled commercial outcomes in-country. The role connects market strategy and priorities with Digital Human Health capabilities, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, funded, delivered, adopted and generate measurable business value.
Reporting to the Digital Human Health leadership team, you will partner with the Country Leadership Team, Business Technology Partners, analytics partners and delivery teams to drive a “one roadmap, one budget, one team” approach across the market, ensuring business outcomes and value realization remain at the center of all activities.
What you will do:
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
- Own the market demand-to-value process, leading demand intake, prioritization, delivery oversight, adoption and benefits realization.
- Lead and govern the integrated market Digital Human Health roadmap and investment narrative, consolidating digital, data and technology initiatives.
- Chair market-level prioritization forums and drive decision-making aligned with Country Leadership Team priorities.
- Embed analytics and AI into key commercial processes to improve decision-making, customer engagement, omnichannel execution and commercial performance.
- Champion governance across data, technology and compliance while promoting standardization and retirement of duplicative local solutions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, driving change, adoption, capability building and a high-performance culture.
What skills you will need:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
- 10+ years of experience in digital, data/analytics, insights, commercial operations or technology leadership.
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in complex matrix environments.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, data, analytics and AI/ML in a commercial setting.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and measurable value.
- Strong strategic planning, governance and prioritization capabilities, including demand and capacity management.
- Experience driving value realization, risk management and standard-core-first execution.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Strong change leadership capabilities and experience building and developing high-performing teams.

The salary range for this position is € min 88.200 - € max 149.900
This is the lowest and highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. This will be based on an individual’s experience, skills, organizational needs and compensation levels within their peer group. If applicable, employees may also be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives or other benefits. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide further information to you, if applicable.
