Job Description
We are looking for an AtR Cash & Investment Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will support and ensure the accuracy and integrity of cash and investment accounting activities, including month-end close processes, account reconciliations, audit support, and compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve bank account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy between bank statements and the General Ledger.
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with corporate deadlines.
- Prepare, validate, and support manual journal entries related to Cash & Investments activities.
- Monitor and resolve open reconciliation items in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies.
- Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and support markets during the close process.
- Provide support across Cash & Investments and other AtR processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Bank Account Reconciliations.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
