Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven professional to support Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) through business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization. This role will transform complex clinical operations data into actionable insights, enabling better business decisions and operational excellence across a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
- Analyze complex datasets and create insights that support business decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to deliver analytics capabilities and reporting enhancements.
- Champion data quality, governance, and reporting best practices.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support multiple projects within a global, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, MIS, Analytics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
- Strong experience with: Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Data Analysis and Data Modeling
- Experience with AWS services
- Familiarity with Jira and GitHub.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python and GenAI tools.
- Exposure to Clinical Operations, Clinical Trials, CTMS, or Life Sciences.
- Strong data storytelling and presentation skills.
