THE OPPORTUNITY
Join us as an Associate Key Account Manager, Oncology, where you will play a critical role supporting our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.
Based in Hong Kong, you will shape product vision, strategy, and execution in a complex and dynamic environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Promote and grow our Oncology portfolio by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, physicians, and key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
Deliver product information and promotional messages through face-to-face engagement, group presentations, and other approved channels.
Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, clinical data, and appropriate product use, while addressing questions and providing relevant solutions.
Manage assigned accounts and identify opportunities to expand product adoption and business growth.
Execute promotional activities and account plans in alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, product advocates, and relevant healthcare stakeholders.
Monitor account performance, customer needs, and market developments to identify business opportunities and support decision-making.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support customer engagement and business priorities.
Track sales performance and contribute to the achievement of business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain a strong level of product, therapeutic area, and industry knowledge to effectively support healthcare professionals.
Prepare timely reports, account updates, and other required documentation.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in Science-related disciplines such as Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare, Science (Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry) or related disciplines
4-5 years of sales experience, with exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare industry being highly preferred
Self-motivated, result-focused and a will to succeed
Strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills
Good team player
Account management experience would be an added advantage
Oncology experience is an advantage.
