Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible Territory: Hospital channels in Taichung & Changhua
  • This role will be dedicated to the Vaccine therapeutic area and will report directly to the District Manager.
  • Utilize and apply company resources effectively during customer engagements to deliver impactful scientific and promotional messages.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve business objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Develop, expand, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key stakeholders while delivering product knowledge and customer value.
  • Develop territory priorities and action plans with both quantitative and qualitative objectives, ensuring regular review and performance tracking.
  • Plan and execute territory activities aligned with product and business strategies while providing timely market insights and feedback to the District Manager and cross-functional partners.
  • Monitor product utilization, inventory levels, and customer demand to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Customer Operations, to execute quarterly action plans and strategic initiatives.
  • Leverage digital channels and innovative engagement methods to communicate corporate and product messages effectively.
  • Demonstrate agility and accountability in adapting to changing business priorities and customer needs.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE


Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Sales Representative.
  • Experience in hospital promotion, vaccine business, or specialty care is preferred.
  • Experience in self-pay/private-pay markets is an advantage.
  • Experience in Vaccines, Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN), Infectious Diseases, or Pulmonology is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.

  • Proven ability to independently develop business opportunities and grow market share.
  • Strong planning, execution, and territory management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Basic English proficiency, particularly in listening and reading.
