Job Description
The Masar Development Program is a structured leadership development program designed for high-potential Saudi fresh graduates who aspire to build a career in pharmaceutical marketing. The program provides a unique opportunity to develop strategic marketing, business, digital, and leadership capabilities through a combination of formal learning, mentorship, cross-functional rotations, and hands-on project experience. Participants will follow a structured development journey designed to accelerate their growth from campus graduates to future marketing leaders.
What You Will Do
• Participate in a structured marketing development curriculum covering brand strategy, customer insights, digital marketing, and business planning
• Support marketing teams in the development and execution of brand initiatives and campaigns
• Analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with different cross-functional teams
• Contribute to projects and present recommendations to business stakeholders
• Develop digital and data analytics capabilities through practical applications and coaching
• Engage in mentoring, coaching, and leadership development activities throughout the program
Who We Are Looking For
• Saudi National
• Recent graduate Pharmacy – no more than 12 months graduate
• Has not been enrolled in HRDF Programs previously
• Passion for marketing, innovation, and healthcare
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential, curiosity, and learning agility
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
