Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW: BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSABILITIES/

To support import-export operations and control inventory across both the in-house factory warehouse and outsourced warehouse, ensuring smooth material flow, accurate stock records, adapting export customer demand timely and sufficient supply to support production.

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities

1. Import & Export Operations

  • Handle import and export processes, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, apply import permit, export Health Certificate (HC) & Certificate of Origin (COO) and coordination with forwarders as well as Carrier.

  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, HC, etc.).

  • Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery to meet production schedules.

2. Production Support

  • Maintain appropriate inventory level for factory warehouses to ensure spaces for FPP.

  • Proactively identify potential shortages or excess stock.

  • Ensure continuous material availability to support production plans.

3. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant import-export regulations.

  • Prepare regular reports on inventory status, stock movements, and shipment updates.

  • Recommend improvements for inventory control and logistics processes.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

Desired Experience/Education/Skills:

  • BA in Supply chain, Logistics or related fields

  • Experience in import-export, logistics, or inventory control.

  • Good understanding of customs procedures and shipping documentation.

  • Proficiency in Excel and/or ERP systems (SAP, S4HANA).

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Good coordination and communication ability.

  • English communication skills.
