Job Description
Job purpose:
Maximize the value of our company Vaccines in Public sector under her/his responsibility, achieve budgeted sales / consumption in Public while increasing customers experience with Vaccines, through keeping a customer centric approach. Plan and Execute Implementation Programs for NIP & Ensure partnership with Health Authorities during Vaccination Campaigns. Lead, drive and ensure the strategic and operational processes (short and long term), from seeking Inclusion opportunities, in co-ordination with Vaccines CFT.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop relation with Key stakeholders in the public Health Authorities & Public accounts and ensure their engagement in our company Activities.
· Conducts Implementation programs including planning, implementation and tracking in alignment with key strategic objectives.
· Ensure Implementation of NIP, through planning activities that will increase the knowledge of our company vaccines & their Utilizacation in collaboration with MOH and all involved authorities.
· Identify & seek new opportunities for new NIP inclusions& /or Brand Switch & proactively work on them.
· Ensure Operational excellence through monitoring the procurement process & implementing effective tracking to ensure smooth Supply & avoid any shortage.
· Demonstrates ability to communicate the value proposition and ability to drive mutually beneficial business opportunities with key customers.
· Work on extending the reach of patients to the vaccines both in MOH and institution through Awareness campaigns & partnership with customers.
· Continuously upgrading technical knowledge and skills to follow up new market events & Environmental events related to public Sector.
· 100% execution under Compliance/ PV SOPs.
Knowledge Required:
· Understanding of Public sector, Local Government, and the interdependencies between these organizations.
· Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of the regional and local area health economy.
· Ability to use in-depth knowledge of customer preferences & needs and understanding of market dynamics & trends to develop and implement strategies.
· Ability to effectively navigate the customers’ environment and understand their evolving needs to align objectives and drive customer networks & partnerships to achieve results.
· Demonstrates skills necessary to execute on defined projects, including KPI setting & measurement, and ability to scale up pilot projects and replicate best practice.
· Extensive proficiency in sophisticated problem-solving techniques and ability to develop tailored solutions to meet both the customer & our company’s objectives.
Skills and Competencies:
· 3 years of Experience, Vaccines market is preferred.
· Fluent in English.
· Strong skills in strategic planning, conflict management and communication.
· Project Management skills.
· Excellent at problem solving, and team-working.
· Having Customer Centric Approach, being business oriented.
· Creative, multiple task oriented.
· Collaborative, committed, result-oriented and self-motivated personality.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Working conditions:
· Field Based Position /Travel 25%.
